Operations and Billing:
CMC's Marine Container Handling (MACH) system, is a comprehensive, container terminal management system, integrating all the varied and complex activities of container terminal and container freight station (CFS). It is based on based on information technology architecture that enables operations to implement state-of-the-art solution with minimum impact to other connected systems. MACH implements functionalities that take into account the complexities of various operational areas of a container terminal.
Engineering and Procurement:
ICAM (Integrated Computer Aided Maintenance) is for maintenance planning, scheduling and work execution. This system is also use for procurement, supplier performance and warranty tracking with inventory link to other critical systems, i.e.: finance/accounting, CMS, yard management.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP):
We use SAP to link in the finance and accounting, material management and human resource modules.
